Heading down to Louisville this weekend for the annual Governors Highway Safety Association conference.
Several hundred traffic safety people, including those from state and federal highway safety offices, will be there to share information and new programs to turn around the trend of growing traffic fatalities. Nearly 42,000 people died on our roads and highways last year and early figures for 2022 show that number will be even higher this year.
My work with client The National Road Safety Foundation includes supporting programs from GHSA to address issues including speeding, drowsy driving and youth mobility.
