    Enjoyed reading your commentary.

I remember your show and I did have Wes Craven for English Comp 01. I wrote to him in the early 1980's asking him if he was the same guy. To my surprise he wrote me back confirming he was and to stay in touch.

Do you think there is any iron-oxide still on those tapes in your attic?

    Best wishes to you Dave!

Remember when we went to the Parkway Theater and saw some strange x-rated film he did. When you saw his name in the credits, you jumped up and said yelled "that's my teacher."

@ Stan -- Nice to hear from you. Remember the fun we had trying to make some waves on air with the programming at WTSC-FM? Best regards.

@ Bill-- Thanks for the comment. I don't think our paths crossed at Clarkson; I was gone before you came. But I recall seeing your name in connection with the radio station. Thanks for reading and weighing in.

Loved this write-up, David. Craven doesn't sound like he was that "craven." RIP.

David Reich! Peter Rustin (Flint) here. A nice piece on Wes Craven. I can't believe that you are in Mt. Vernon and my business has been in Pelham Manor for the last 50 years and we have never been in touch.

    Best regards,

    Peter Rustin

Great story! Thanks for sharing this!
