David - labs especially are the greatest family dogs. Our family was greatly saddened when our lab 'Rocky' passed away. We always think of him. I bet these two dogs are now running around and having great fun together in that far beyond. Regards to you and Roz

So sorry to hear about Loki! He was such a sweet dog

Dad, I love you. You gave Loki the last greatest gift you could give him. He isn't gone, you know that. He will always be with you. It's just that now his body is at peace and his soul is running free with his best pup friend. He is in good hands.

    Jeanne Byington

Loki had two of the best people parents any puppy could have which is no doubt why he lived happily five to six years longer than many big dogs.

I wince to think how good friends of mine must suffer at the silence on returning home or waking up--no dog tag jingles or cheery greetings or dog toenail taps on the floor.

    I am so sorry.

    So sorry :(

So sorry to hear about Loki. Such a sweet sweet boy.

David I am sooo sorry to hear about your pal. No one can ever understand the void you feel when your loved one is gone, unless you too had a loved one to go on. Having a "pet" can be just the same as having a child, depending on what you put into the relationship. After-all, they are there with you everyday, they comfort you, you dine together, dr's appointments etc. I too have a pal by the name of "Diva" and I dread the day she will leave me. The only consolation I have at the moment is knowing that she will be with Loki, whom I had the pleasure of meeting with big wet kisses some time ago. My heart goes out to you and Roz....now you can run free and jump again Loki.

    Judith Trojan

David, I'm so sorry to hear about the passing of your beloved dog. This is such a difficult passage to deal with, but you'll get through it and your memories of his companionship will bring you comfort. Loki was lucky to have you as a parent.
